Cards are a great way to display a call to action information.

The Card Paragraph provides you the option to add images and text, with a visual style that is offset from other content. Our out-of-the-box platform has designed this "card" to include a white background container, with a slight drop shadow that encompasses the content of the image and text. This display makes the Card Paragraph, look like a card.

A Card is made up of three parts (all content is optional):

  1. Image
  2. Content
    1. Superhead. *Best Practice:To support readability, we recommend Superhead be 20 characters or less.
    2. Headline. *Best Practice: To support readability, we recommend Headline be 70 characters or less.
    3. Body
  3. Link

The Body Text Area contains limited editing options with minimal HTML. The limited editing options include the following:

  • Bold
  • Italic
  • Styles dropdown
  • Link
  • Unlink
  • Source

The Styles dropdown becomes available when adding links, giving you the option to apply different button styles.

If additional editing and styling is needed, we suggest using a Text Area paragraph to present the information.

Verify the alternative text for your image

Because images and their alternative text are shared across your site, before adding an image you'll want to make sure your alternative text matches the context in which it is used.

Here's more on verifying and updating the alternative text.
