What is available on Stanford Sites Drupal 9 (D9)?
Stanford Sites Drupal 9 jumpstarts your new website with a pre-built sitemap and pages that are easily customized to fit your content and style.
Out of the box, your new website comes with prebuilt static pages, accessible and mobile responsive layout, Google Analytics integration, search engine optimization, structured content types, embeddable media options, and a Stanford-branded theme. Drag-and-drop layout options allow you to create unique, beautiful and usable pages to showcase your content.
Stanford Web Services keeps your website secure and performing well, with daily backups, monitoring, regular security and accessibility maintenance, and frequent new feature releases.
Note: Drupal 7 reaches end-of-life in November 2022, and the open source community will no longer provide security advisories and updates for Drupal 7 after that point. All owners of Stanford websites built in Drupal 7 should plan for an upgrade before November 2021, to take advantage of the new features of Drupal 8 and 9 and to be safely upgraded prior to the end of life for Drupal 7.
