Build and Design
Whether you're a Drupal veteran or a new site manager/contributor, Stanford Web Services has developed this section to assist you with your site editing needs.
It contains documentation that will allow you to get started quickly with editing your site. We suggest starting with our Introduction to Stanford Sites and User Guide Conventions to get a general understanding of common term and symbol conventions used in our guide. The glossary is another great source for more information on terminology and conventions.
A great head start...
with the out-of-the-box website that is pre-loaded with an example homepage, a few sample pages, and this "how to use your website" page.
The sample pages show you what pages will look like when they are "nested" below your main navigation pages. The sub-navigation (nested pages) appear on the left side of the page, and Paragraphs are placed on the right.
Additional resources to keep you moving...
through creating your website, including links to how to work with Drupal Paragraphs, Text Area typography styles, tips on writing for the web, and how to use headings properly in your Text Area Paragraph.
The user guide will support you in all of your content creation needs.
